What data do we process?

Through the website’s quote request form, we process the following data: name, telephone number, email address, property type, type of service requested and the content of any message the user chooses to include. Submitting the form requires express acceptance of this Privacy Policy through a consent checkbox. We also record the page from which the request is sent and the source of the visit (for example, the name of an advertising campaign), to identify which channel brings us requests.

If users contact us through other channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, email or telephone), we process the data they voluntarily provide through that channel (for example, a telephone number or messaging application username and the content of the conversation).

When you submit the form, your data is recorded in a Google spreadsheet (Google Ireland Limited) and our team is notified by email and through an internal Telegram group so that we can respond to you as soon as possible. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, the policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited also applies.

Why do we process the data?

To manage and respond to quote requests and enquiries received through the website or the contact channels indicated.

Where appropriate, to prepare a proposal or quote for cleaning and maintenance services.

When the user expressly consents, to send commercial communications about the services of BCN Easy Home, S.L.

What is the legal basis?

Taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), when the user requests a quote or information about the services.

The data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), for sending commercial communications, where applicable.

How long do we keep the data?

Data will be kept while there is an active relationship or request with the user and subsequently for the applicable statutory limitation periods (for example, for tax and accounting obligations), or until the user requests its erasure.

Who will receive the data?

Data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Certain providers access the data as processors in order to provide technical services necessary for the operation of the website and contact tools:

• ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI Ireland Limited) — website hosting and publishing platform.
• Google Ireland Limited — managing requests through Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Google Ads); the latter two only with the corresponding consent.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — advertising measurement (Meta Pixel), only with marketing consent.
• Telegram FZ-LLC — notifying an internal team group of requests and messaging when the user contacts us through that channel.
• WhatsApp Ireland Limited — messaging when the user chooses to contact us through WhatsApp.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google, Meta and OpenAI may do so in the United States; in that case, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Internal notifications through Telegram involve Telegram FZ-LLC processing request data outside the European Economic Area.

Data subjects’ rights

Users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@bcneasyhome.es and attaching a copy of a document proving their identity.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with current legislation.

Minors

The services and website are not directed at children under 14. BCN Easy Home, S.L. does not knowingly collect data from children under that age without the consent of their parents or guardians.

Security measures

BCN Easy Home, S.L. applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
